1. What Goodstead Does

• Identify potential refunds, credits, discounts, rebates, savings, benefits, or other opportunities

• Identify recurring expenses and potential opportunities to reduce them

• Help you understand financial obligations and opportunities

• Contact businesses or service providers on your behalf when you authorize us to do so

• Assist with requests for refunds, credits, discounts, or other savings

• Provide recommendations, alerts, and other information

Goodstead does not guarantee that any particular opportunity, savings, refund, credit, or other financial benefit will be available or obtained.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Goodstead.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old;

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

• The information you provide is accurate and complete; and

• You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Your Account

You may need to create an account to use certain Services.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information;

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials;

• Keeping your account information current; and

• All activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by Goodstead's failure to maintain reasonable security.

When you connect an account, you authorize Goodstead to access information from that account in accordance with the permissions you grant and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that:

• You will not connect an account that belongs to someone else without appropriate authorization; and

• You understand that information obtained from the connected account may be analyzed by Goodstead's automated systems.

You may disconnect a third-party account at any time. Disconnecting an account may prevent Goodstead from providing certain Services.

5. AI Agents and Automated Actions

Goodstead uses AI agents and automated systems to perform tasks on your behalf.

These systems may analyze information, identify opportunities, communicate with third parties, prepare requests, and perform other actions depending on the Services you have enabled.

AI-generated results may contain errors.

You are responsible for reviewing important information and decisions before relying on it where appropriate.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Goodstead does not guarantee that an AI agent will identify every available opportunity or achieve a particular result.

Actions on Your Behalf

Certain Services may allow Goodstead to communicate with third parties or take actions on your behalf.

When you authorize such an action, you give Goodstead permission to perform the action reasonably necessary to carry out your request.

You remain responsible for decisions concerning your accounts, finances, contracts, purchases, and other obligations.

We may require your confirmation before taking certain actions.

6. Savings and Results

Goodstead is designed to help you find and obtain financial savings and other opportunities.

However:

We do not guarantee that you will save money.

Results depend on your individual circumstances, the information available to us, the policies of third parties, eligibility requirements, market conditions, and other factors outside Goodstead's control.

Examples of opportunities that may not be available include:

• Lower prices

• Cancellations

• Benefits

• Other financial savings

Any savings estimates displayed by Goodstead are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Fees and Our Compensation

Certain Goodstead Services may operate on a success-based fee model.

For applicable Services, Goodstead may charge a percentage of the savings or other financial benefit we successfully obtain for you.

The applicable fee, calculation method, and payment terms will be presented to you before you authorize the applicable Service.

Unless otherwise disclosed:

• We do not charge a fee merely because we identify a potential opportunity.

• A fee may apply when Goodstead successfully obtains an eligible financial benefit for you.

• You are responsible for paying fees that you have authorized.

Goodstead may also offer Services under subscription, fixed-fee, or other pricing models. Any applicable pricing will be disclosed before you incur the applicable charge.
